Job Description:
The Ticket Operations Systems Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the JMA Wireless Dome Box Office in the areas of ticket systems, technology, financial accounting and financial reporting. This position is specifically responsible for building events in the Ticketmaster software for all ticketed events that take place at the JMA Wireless Dome. In addition, this individual will assist with building manifests for away, postseason, and NCAA tournament events for our five ticketed sports. Furthermore, this position will be responsible for assisting in the financial accounting/allocation of all JMA Dome daily receipts and event deposits. Lastly, this position assists in the execution of monthly and quarterly New York State tax reports for revenues processed through our ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Manages and completes the ticket system builds for assigned events. Events include Syracuse University Football, Men's & Women's Basketball, Men's & Women's Lacrosse, High School events, University sponsored events, etc.
  • Manages all aspects of ticket system builds for season and individual game parking.
  • Primary point of contact for ongoing digital parking efforts from both a customer service perspective as well as liaison to digital parking vendor and Parking and Transportation services department at Syracuse University.
  • Acts as backup to Ticket Operations Business Manager.
  • Assists in the financial accounting/allocation of all JMA Dome daily receipts and event deposits.
  • Assists in the execution of monthly and quarterly New York State tax reports for revenues processed through our ticketing systems.
  • Manages and completes ticket system builds for major concerts held at the JMA Wireless Dome.
  • Primary point of contact for all new ticketed events that are added and not currently assigned to other team members. Events range from Syracuse University sponsored events, athletic special event/postseason contests, professional events, etc.
